I understand there may be times when the Market turns against ME or under certain Market conditions, it may become difficult if not sometimes impossible, for Me to liquidate a position and I take full responsibility should this occur. I agree not to hold Zantrio Trading, LLC responsible for MY orders placed; MY orders filled; MY Stocks sold; MY Stocks bought; MY profits made or MY losses incurred.
I understand and agree that swing trading Stocks can be very profitable or can lead to large losses of MY cash, capital or assets and I agree not to hold Zantrio Trading, LLC responsible should I experience any losses whether the losses are small or large.
